INSPIRATION FOR 'NORTH'
North is Dialogic's third release.
It is about the mythic pull of the North. At the time of release, Samhain marks the beginning of the darker half of the year, all the more dark the further north you go. It is a time for clear, sharp vision of heart and intention - a bracing time to embrace the rugged beauty of the North.
'North' is a classic pop-rock track, chanting the enticing call northwards.
"My inspiration for 'North' came from a big life move I made six years ago, uprooting my existence in the south to come as far north as possible whilst staying in the same country. Here on the border with Scotland, life feels markedly different from the hustling busyness of south-east England. It suits me a whole lot better. I haven't looked back. I hope the song will give courage to others to follow their own 'north star'."
